DescriptionThe Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations over sees marketing operations strategy and tactics. This individual is responsible for the management of a team of marketing project managers and traffic coordinators that will manage the workflow of all online and offline marketing activities. Additional responsibilities include implementation and ongoing management of operational processes and tasks in support of lead generation / lead nurturing programs, SEO and SEM, and the company websites. This person will work to create standardized, repeatable processes that ensure best practices are used when developing all marketing programs.This individual will also have tactical responsibility for various marketing projects and will be expected to facilitate and build working relationships within other departments in the organization.
Supervise and train/educate department staff to ensure that all marketing projects follow our standard processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
| Create/update policies and procedures that document marketing programs to ensure the ongoing function and performance of the department.
| Assist in the management of vendors including email service providers, design and development agencies, online search agencies, and translation services.
| Manage the planning and execution of campaigns including: production, design, technology, and results measurement ensuring all elements support the brand and our business strategy.
| Support marketing leadership in the establishment and management of department planning, budgets and staffing.
| Provide governance of brand standards, quality control and compliance with policies for all online and offline channels.
