We have exciting Summer Internship opportunities to assist the Healthfirst Marketing Engagement & Retention teams.

Marketing Engagement will be creating end to end campaigns around disease states as well as driving general member engagement campaigns in the member life cycle for all business lines.

Marketing Retention focuses on member retention for Medicare and Medicaid strategies.

You will support them as they develop programs to improve the overall member experience and digital-first marketing programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Engagement & Retention teams respectively to support membership growth and retention to achieve department objectives
  • Gather data/information from multiple sources to prepare reports and actionable insights for marketing initiatives
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to help inform strategy teams and build recommendations for upcoming Open Enrollment campaigns
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.
  • Will not require sponsorship for employment
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school
